INTERNSHIPS

Whether students are looking to go to college or right to work after graduation, our students gain valuable hands-on experience in the work force when they apply to and are accepted to various internships from local companies looking to Mastbaum to fulfill their hiring needs. These local companies provide priceless mentoring to our students and help educate them in “do’s and don’ts in the world of work. Many of our students are often asked to return to the company for additional internships , ultimately being offered job placements after graduation.

Local companies that offer Mastbaum students internships include SEPTA, Elliott Lewis, District Council 21, PECO, Automobile Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia, Communities in School, Office of Fleet Management  through the City of Philadelphia, and Philadelphia Water Department.  Mastbaum’s career specialist and current community partners are always looking for ways of increasing our internships to benefit more students and to build our partnerships within the community.
