Keystone Exam Information
Keystone Exams are end–of-course assessments in designated content areas. The Keystone Exams serve two purposes:

high school accountability assessments for federal and state purposes
-
high school graduation requirements for students beginning with the class of 2017
The Algebra I and Literature Keystone Exams include items written to the Assessment Anchors/Eligible Content aligned to the Pennsylvania Core Standards in Mathematics and English Language Arts. The Biology Keystone Exam includes items written to the Assessment Anchor/Eligible Content aligned to the enhanced Pennsylvania Academic Standards for Science.
Students need to demonstrate “Proficiency” on the Algebra I, Biology, and the Literature Keystone Exam in order to earn a High School Diploma.

Keystone Schedule
9th Grade Students
May 14-15: Algebra 1 Keystone Exam
On these days, all 9th grade students will report to school at 7:20 a.m. and will need to be in their assigned testing rooms at exactly 7:50 a.m.
May 16th, 19th, 21-22nd, all 9th grade students will report to school at 10:20AM.
10th Grade Students
May 14-15th: Algebra 1 Keystone Exam
On these days, all 9th grade students will report to school at 7:20 a.m. and will need to be in their assigned testing rooms at exactly 7:50 a.m.
May 16th, 19th, 21-22nd: Literature and Biology Exams
On these days, all 10th grade students will report to school at 7:20 a.m. and will need to be in their assigned testing rooms at exactly 7:50 a.m.
